How to enroll at DUYAN
Children aged 2 years and 10 months and up are welcome to enroll.

1. Application
Pay the application fee:
- Preschool₱150
- Grades 1 to 10₱300
Submit the following:
- Properly filled-out Student's Application Form
- Photocopy of the child's birth certificate (PSA)
- Medical certificate from the child's pediatrician
- Written evaluation from a developmental pediatrician (for children with special needs)
- Two recent 2×2 photos
Additional, for incoming Grade 1 and up
- Most recent ECCD checklist from the previous school (incoming Grade 1 only)
- Kindergarten completion certificate (incoming Grade 1 only)
- Most recent report card from the previous school
- Student's Recommendation Form, completed by the previous school's guidance counselor or principal
Applicants then undergo DUYAN's assessment and evaluation. Results are announced within two weeks of testing.
2. Reservation & fees
A student who completes the application process may reserve a slot with a registration fee of ₱4,000 per child, to reserve a slot. A child is considered fully enrolled only upon full payment of registration and miscellaneous fees.
Tuition may be paid on one of three schedules:

| Bi-annual | 1st week of 1st & 3rd Quarters |
| Quarterly | 1st week of each Quarter |
Delayed payments of 3 months or more incur a 3% interest charge.
